Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Websites: Lead and create the frontend, design, and user experience of several websites. Collaborate with other developers and integrate back-end mechanisms.
- Web Management & Performance: Architect scalable and maintainable websites, adhering to high-quality code standards and best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance, delivering a seamless user experience. Stay at the forefront of frontend technologies and best practices, incorporating them into our tech stack to drive innovation.
- Proactivity & Time Management: Proactive approach, participating in a fast-paced environment with the ability deliver quality work on time. Skilled with speed, deadlines and time management.
- Interdisciplinarity: Completion of tasks beyond frontend development. Genuine curiosity of technology, willingness to learn more and ability to think outside the box.
- International: Ability to work with team members from around the world in different time zones, since Metzger Enterprises is a global conglomerate. Ability to work in a small team, including another backend expert.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Excellent frontend knowledge, such as but not limited to: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, (React), Python, PHP, (WordPress), RESTful APIs and more.
- Experience & Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of building high-quality websites. Additional certificates, transcripts, or programs are a bonus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of websites, showcasing your ability in frontend development and the creation of visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
