  • Social Media: Create, grow and manage social media accounts, reaching millions of people. 
  • Community Management: Build, engage, and moderate online communities (e.g., Telegram) around the clock. 
  • Strategy: Execute viral campaigns, generate hype and boost visibility, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive website traffic (SEO), increase sales, generate leads and conversions.
  • Commitment & Time Management: Ability to meet the 24/7 online demand. Capable to participate in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality work on time. Skilled with speed, deadlines and time management.
  • Communication: Excellent english written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts or online communities.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, community engagement tactics, and viral marketing strategies, third party applications and more. Ability to create hype and capture attention.
  • Availability: Flexibility to manage and engage communities in real-time, including evenings and weekends if needed.
